Makaan.com launches "Instant Call Back" to connect Buyers with Sellers

In an attempt to provide faster connection between home buyers and sellers, India’s fastest growing property website, Makaan.com announced the launch of “Instant Call-Back” feature.

How does it help home buyers: The “Instant Call Back” link is provided on each property. If the buyer is interested in a property and wants to connect to the seller; he just provides some basic details. The system initiates an instant call to the seller. Once the seller picks the call it is patched to the buyer phone. The whole process is completed in just under a minute in over 92% cases. In case, either the buyer or the seller is unable to take the call, the system re-attempts after a gap. Currently this service is available FREE of Charge.

As per Aditya Verma, CEO of Makaan.com, “When the buyer is browsing through the property details, he has many questions in his mind. If he is able to get an instant answer, he is more likely to conclude the transaction”. The feature provides an hassle free and instant connect with the aim to improve property transactions. The service was initially introduced in the city of Delhi (in January) and based on the extremely positive feedback from Buyers and Sellers, it is now available pan India.

The launch of Instant Call Back feature comes on the back of many user focused initiatives by Makaan.com like Map based property search, Compare multiple properties, New List property interface etc.
