FICCI is organising the 9th edition of the Annual Real Estate Summit on Thursday, 1st and Friday, 2nd November 2012 at Hotel The Leela, Mumbai. It is the biggest annual real estate convention in India. Kumari Selja, Hon’ble Minister of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation and Minister of Culture, Govt. of India has been invited as the Guest of Honour to address the summit. 


FICCI’s annual real estate summit is an important source of information for the industry and the Government on latest business trends, opportunities and policy gaps in the sector that influence the business of real estate. It was conceived in 2004 to promote orderly and holistic development of this sector. Since its inception, the annual summits with their topical themes have identified and highlighted key concerns, policy gaps, industry sentiments, trends and thought leadership ideas to the policy makers of the country. They have successfully showcased the huge development and investment opportunities in the sector to investors domestically and globally and advocated supportive policies for the sector.
